Lemon Pest Control was founded in 2026 by two friends with more than a decade of combined pest control experience and one simple idea: treat every customer the way we’d want our own family treated.

Why “Lemon”?

Lemons mean clean. They mean fresh. They make you smile. We wanted a pest control company that left people feeling the same way — so we built one.

That means de-webbed eaves and cleared nests on every visit, a real person when you call, one-hour arrival windows, and reports on what we found. It also means something most pest companies won’t do: showing you your price up front and letting you sign up on your own time.

Brooks Kokkola

My name is Brooks Kokkola, and I am 26 years old. I am originally from northern Utah, and over the years I’ve lived and worked in Houston, TX; Charlotte and Raleigh, NC; and now I’ve settled in Greenville, SC. I am passionate about traveling — feel free to ask me about it when I’m at your home!

I’ve been in the pest control industry for 6 years and I’m excited to take on the challenge of owning and operating Lemon with my good friend Cole. I’m drawn to service-based work because I enjoy bringing something into people’s homes and lives that truly benefits them. I take pride in what I do and am committed to giving you the best service, tailored to your needs and expectations. I look forward to working with you!

My name is Cole Porter. I am 27 years old. I am also from northern Utah, have worked across the United States in pest control, and have 5+ years of experience in the industry. I have a beautiful family: my wife McCall, and 3 children.

Putting the customer first is my passion. Running a service business that does business the old fashioned way — getting things right, being on time, and being all about what the customer needs and wants — is what drove me to start Lemon with Brooks! I am so excited to work with you and give you the world-class pest control service you deserve!
