How billing works
Instead of a big charge every few months, you pay a smaller, even amount each month. Your technician visits every three months to refresh your protection — and anytime in between if covered pests come back, at no extra charge.
Your first month is your initial service, our most thorough visit, with a one-time fee shown upfront before you sign. Monthly billing starts the month after.
Example using Standard’s starting price. Your first month is your initial service ($149), our most thorough visit. Monthly billing ($79) starts the next month, so your first 12 months are the initial service plus 11 monthly payments. Months shown are illustrative — your schedule starts from your first visit.
Example using Premium’s starting price: $299 for your initial service, then $199 a month. Every quarterly visit includes a rodent bait station check and re-bait. Warm-month visits include mosquito, tick and flea treatments, with extra treatments between visits in the summer. Months shown are illustrative — your schedule starts from your first visit.

It depends on your home’s square footage and the plan you pick. You do not have to call to find out — enter your address on our pricing page and you will see your exact monthly price and one-time initial service fee in less than a minute.
Yes. See your price, choose Lemon Standard or Lemon Premium, pick a date for your first visit and sign your service agreement online. A real person from our team will then call you to confirm your arrival time — no sales pitch.
No card is needed to sign up. After you submit, we call you within 2 hours to confirm the exact arrival time on the day you picked and to put a card on file to confirm your booking. (We call Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–9 PM; after hours, we call first thing the next business morning.) You won’t pay anything until we’ve come out and completed your visit.
Billing and visits run on different schedules to keep your payments small and even. Your service visits happen quarterly (every three months), but you are billed a smaller amount each month instead of a larger charge every visit.
Your first visit is our most thorough: a full inspection plus interior and exterior treatment, de-webbing and nest removal to knock down existing activity. It also carries a lot of upfront cost on our end, including expensive hardware like bait stations and traps that we install for your coverage. The one-time initial fee covers that extra work and equipment, and it is shown clearly before you sign up.
